Rates and Availability
The daily rates below are in US Dollars for the entire Private Paradise complex for up to a 7-night stay from Saturday to Saturday. There are more flights from more cites to Cozumel and Cancun on Saturday so this makes the ideal arrival and departure day for our guests. We typically do not take rentals less than 7 nights, however on a case by case basis we may be able to accept reservations for
shorter stays based on the nightly rates below.
Seasonal Pricing (2021):
- Summer: $1,999 per night. (third Saturday in June to last Saturday in Aug for Summer)
- Autumn: $1,999 per night (last Saturday in Aug to first Saturday in Nov for Autumn)
- Winter Snow-Bird Season (2021/2022): $2,999 per night. (first Saturday in Nov to last Saturday in April for Winter 2021/2022)
Seasonal Pricing (2022):
- Spring months: $2,999 per night (last Saturday in April to third Saturday in June for Spring)
- Summer: $2,499 per night. (third Saturday in June to last Saturday in Aug for Summer)
- Autumn: $2,499 per night (last Saturday in Aug to first Saturday in Nov for Autumn)
- Holidays: If your stay includes Christmas or New Year’s Eve, please add $2,000 to the total cost of your stay. If your stay includes Thanksgiving, Easter, July 4th, Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day or Labor Day, please add $1,000 to the total cost of your stay.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
Reservation deposit to reserve any stay, due at time of booking: $5,000
Balance due 45 days prior to checking in: Balance of Rental Cost + Food and Beverage Deposit + $1,500 Damage Deposit.
Food and beverage deposit: You will pay the balance of your Food and Beverage Costs at the Villa. Your exact quote for your Food and Beverage deposit will be determined by the length of the stay, ages, and number of people in group. See example below:
- 2-9 guests $4,000
- 10-15 guests $7,500
- 15 to 24 $10,000
Food and Beverage Cost based on meal packages as described on FAQ Page:
- Ages 1-4: Free
- Ages 5-12: $210 Per child per 7 night week or $30 per day pro-rated
- Ages 12-18: $420 Per child per 7 night week or $60 per day pro-rated
- Ages 18+: $750 per person Per 7 night week or $110 per day pro-rated
Balance Due 45 days prior to checking in: Balance of Rental Cost + Food and Beverage Deposit + $1,500 Damage Deposit.
