Why you will have more fun here than anywhere else?
Because Private Paradise wasn’t designed at all like a traditional villa. It represents 10 years of brainstorming with customers on how groups of couples, children and families would love to live, laugh and have fun together. Then the owner threw over-improving caution to the wind, hired theme park designers, and installed the best commercial-cooking, computer and entertainment systems in places where adults congregate. Equal thought went into creating dream spaces where parents and children gather, laugh, and make memories together. And there is a 4-D game room that is so incredibly appealing to children that they are all but guaranteed to say, “Thanks Daddy, this is the best vacation ever”!
In addition, there are multiple personal havens to retreat to when couples need their own space. We realize that several family members often share the rental cost, so Private Paradise boasts multiple equally luxurious master bedrooms, including dual two-bedroom family suites that can be connected via common baths.
Each master bed/bath is a visual feast of polished marble, lighted, etched glass art and finely finished wood that frames breathtaking views of the Caribbean. The custom twenty-five-feet tall lighted harmonic waterfalls in the lobby are works of art. Inside you will find exceptional features, such as
55-inch flat screens, surround sound stereos with Bluetooth hook-ups, and Yamaha speakers in the bath and shower. Each suite has unique elements, including ocean view showers, sinks and toilets, couples Jacuzzi, recessed LED-lighted ceilings, and a penthouse bedroom with panoramic ocean view where you can sunbath in the buff and in total privacy.
How can Private Paradise’s design actually MAKE THE FUN AND LAUGHTER HAPPEN?
In two ways: our focus group identified that it can sometimes be difficult for groups to get along, so we outlined the most common conflicts and engineered ways to help keep them from happening. Then the design team developed entertainment features that foster laughter and good times in the areas that people hang out together and retreat areas where couples can enjoy some personal time. Here are design examples of each.
- KEEPING PEACE – In addition to providing multiple master suites, pools, bars and Bali-day beds so that everyone sharing the rental expense can enjoy similar posh treatment and can spread out. We also realized that teenagers have so much fun in the gaming theater that they sometimes forget to give youngsters equal time to play. This is why we built a shallow splash pool, outdoor playhouse and Camp Coz – an enchanting two-level playhouse so toddlers have a place of their own to watch Cartoons on DVDs and more and its just their size!
- FOSTERING LAUGHTER – The Great Room includes the Hibachi restaurant- style kitchen island, the dining room and the living room, with its huge fireplaces and 16-foot screen. The theater and a 42” kitchen Smart Home monitor are hooked up to the Internet, Apple TV and more. This is where adults love to mingle, snack and bring up music videos on the computer to play through the home theater system. Every group has many personalities, and the design team realized that if we provided a unique stage and props, that these performers could really get the party and laughter going.
Enter the Private Paradise “Shadow Stage” – stocked full of hats, guitars and other props — and prepare to laugh until your belly hurts!
Here is how it works: guests bring up their favorite YouTube music videos on the big screen, and then go backstage to mimic the artist or just make their silhouette move, dance and gyrate to the delight of the crowd gathered in the Great Room. Children, especially youngsters, love to put on shows — that is why we also equipped backstage with puppet hats and accoutrements so that kids can use the Luxe Shadow Theater as a puppet stage to perform for their parents.
Yet another example of how the house “makes the fun happen” is the karaoke system in the Great Room. This allows everyone to sing along with a microphone on the 16-foot theater screen and hear their voice through the spectacular DTS Digital surround sound system while they perform in front of guests or in the Shadow Theater.
If that is not enough family fun, up to four people can play the bar league type shuffle board game at once or participate in a virtual Wii bowling tournament in the HD Gaming Theater. There is also a billiards table in the game room and surround sound. In total, the chateau boasts ten Hi-Fi receivers and 55 Klipsch and Yamaha speakers – including some in the 250’ Penthouse Plummet waterslide and underwater speakers in the pool!
